Important Information For House Guests and Renters

Bethany West prides itself on its appearance and quality of life.  It is a great place to live or vacation and we hope you will help us keep it that way by observing a few simple courtesies during your stay with us:

1. Keep dogs leashed and pick up after them.

2. Do not hang towels and swim suits on front porches or other areas visible from the street.

3. Loud music or noise is not allowed after 11:00 p.m.

4. Always drive slowly (our speed limit is 25mph) and watch out for the many children at play, pedestrians and bicyclists. 

5. Respect the privacy and property of your host or homeowner and help us preserve our reputation as “The Quiet Resort”.

That’s it.  Just a few simple rules of conduct to help maintain the wholesome character of our community and to make things better for everyone.  Enjoy your vacation and come back again.
